My Baby Watermelon has a hole!
Hi everyone,
I just found a baby sugar watermelon with a little hole in it. I checked around the leaves and didn't find any bugs.
I did a search online and found nothing regarding anything affecting the waterwater itself, only leaves.
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
I will post a pic tom.
Thanks.

Re: My Baby Watermelon has a hole!
sorry to hear that your baby watermelon has a hole ....is it all the way thru?
last year something was scratching and poking in our pumpkin....from what our looked like.....we believe birds were doing it....the hole never broke thru to the inside of the pumpkin so we were able to harvest her we are growing new plants this year from her seeds
so maybe a bird?
hugs
