What is the difference between the two. I used peat humus to enrich my soil but I want one of these to use as a top dressing. Which one is best.

Hi Catherine, Humus is the final product of the decomposing peat. There will be fewer twigs and stuff in it. I may suggest that neither will make a satisfactory topdressing as the peat doesn't actually have anything of nutritional value for your plants, and will most likely dry up and blow away.
