Does this seem right?
Hey guys, I need to ask your opinion about something. Maybe one of you will know more about this than me. I ordered two blueberry bushes from Gurney's last fall, and got them a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, they both seem to be dead now. I emailed customer service, and they said they would ship me two more blueberry bushes in early April. I thought, wait, early April? Yes, of next year! That can't be right, can it? I have to wait another year for more blueberry plants? Maybe they ran out of stock. It's not like it's much later than when they shipped it to me. Should I send another email back and ask about this or just drop the issue?

either ask them to ship now or refund your money!

I would demand a refund of the purchase price at this point. There is no reason to have to wait a year for a replacement of anything.

Similar thing happened to me. Wayside Gardens could not replace the plant so they gave me a credit code# against a NEXT yr's purchase. I pinned it to the wall behind my computer so I never forgot it. That's how I got my Jersey Knight asparagus last year.
They probably hope you'll forget about it. That's spare money in their pockets.

Just like mail in rebates...
I'd get a refund, unless you have some reason to be loyal to that nursery.
