compost tea test started
I had commented on the way compost tea helps my garden combat heat stress during summer and one of our members stated it was not nessary to do anything beyond useing properly mixed MM. He said he would like it if someone who uses compost tea would test it to see if there realy was any differance. That got me to thinking maybe the garden is just benifiting from the extra water not really tea so I took up the challange.
I have kept variables to a min. by planting the same veg form the same seed packs into 2 pots that are twins, filled with MM from the same batch. In one I will only use plain water and in the other I will use compost tea when the daytime highs hit the mid high 80's the volume of liquid will be equal and watering times and tech. will be the same for each.
i think it will be fun seeing if there is a differance or not. Maybe I can save my self some extra work and not make compost tea anymore.

Thanks for trying this. I'd like to know definitely if the tea helps markedly.
