Happy to have my two boxes in full swing!

These two boxes have 14 varieties of heirloom tomatoes combined. The companions, center and up front, are marigolds and alyssum. Hoping for a great spring!

These boxes are filled with Mel's Mix by the book. Depth is approx. 12 inches (not by the book). I felt the need for extra depth due to the heat we get here in Texas.

Good luck to all this spring and happy St. Patty's!!!

Those are beautiful boxes - I could just plop a chair down right there at that table and set a spell without any problems! Oh and tomatoes are one of my favorite garden gifts! What varieties will you have? Smile

Your boxes look wonderful! Have you used MM here in the metroplex before? Oh, I'm Marcy by the way, and I live in Grand Prairie. I read that North Haven Gardens suggests we do not use peat moss in our beds. She suggests more compost and deeper beds. The reasoning on the peat moss is hydration, and I have found that to be true for me. Anyways, I would love to hear your experience with MM. And sounds like you are going to have some awesome tomatoes!
