Awesome example of SFG!
Hello All - I came across this video and really enjoyed it. The actual topic is growing tomatoes via the SFG single-stem method, which is helpful in and of itself, but what was really awesome about the vid was that this guy is actually a FARMER, and his farm is his backyard SFG! The guy "hosting" him met him selling his food at the farmer's market! I just thought it was an amazing example of the potential of SFG and wanted to share it!

Love John and his videos. Growing to one stem is great when one has an SFG because space is so limited. Removing those suckers makes for larger and more fruit before the first fall frost. I hadn't seen this one before so enjoyed the video.

Re: Awesome example of SFG!
Now I'm SUPER excited to go out tomorrow and I get my ingredients for my Mel's Mix and re-think my plans on growing cherry tomatoes. I thought I couldn't grow the bush variety because they take up so much room, but his explanation on "pruning" them makes a lot of sense.
Also going to check out more videos by John.
