SFG TEACHER SYMPOSIUM 25-27 AUGUST 2011
For those of you who are new to the Forum, and for those who may have missed it . . .
I'd like to invite you to the SFG Teacher Symposium on 25-27 August just south of Baltimore, Maryland.
You can register online at www.squarefootgardening.org.
I will be hosting the event which will take place at the Best Western Plus BWI Airport for the first two days (this is where most of us will also be staying). The third day will be at The Samaritan Women where we will enjoy a BBQ, see a demonstration SFG, and hold the graduation ceremony.
If you plan to come, please make your flight reservations into Thurgood Marshall Baltimore Washington International Airport (a.k.a. BWI) as there is free shuttle service to the hotel. If you come in to Washington, you will need to pay for a bus, train or limo ride or rent a car.
Try to add a few days for sightseeing. You are within easy reach of Baltimore, Washington DC, Annapolis, Virginia & Pennsylvania. There are Civil War battlegrounds, hiking & biking trails galore and plenty to do. Baltimore has the Maryland Science Center, the National Aquarium and much more.
If anyone is interested, we can enjoy a Maryland crab feast less than a mile from the hotel!
So register today - spaces are limited.

I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

Re: SFG TEACHER SYMPOSIUM 25-27 AUGUST 2011
I'm not sure since I don't work for the Foundation (I'm just the local host). I've been told that most of the people wait until the last minute to register.
Can't wait to meet you!
