My Philippine friends are fighting white flies and in doing some research online, they found that Neem oil is the best solution. So they went all over Puerto Princesa City looking for neem oil and couldn't find it. Then they stopped out at the organic farming teacher's place and in conversation neem oil was brought up. My friends asked where could they get it. Simon looked over behind his goats and said, "go pick some leaves off the Neem Tree over there and brew your own". 
Apparantly President Marcos had initiated a Neem tree planting all over the Islands because of the medicinal properties of the tree.
