Tonight's dinner was stuffed Patty Pan squash, and hubby and I both stuffed ourselves on it, it was so good!
I steamed my 3 good-sized squash till tender, scooped out a bowl, saving the pieces to saute in bacon drippings with onion, then drained that and mixed it with soft bread crumbs, bacon and feta cheese, then baked 20 minutes at 350 F.
Nom nom!
