Another use for empty squares

My poor perennial garden is getting a redo this fall. It has been ignored, to say the least, the weeds have taken over & I watered my SFG & let the flowers survive as best they could. I've been marking my good plants in & among the weeds when I've found them, & started to clear out my good stuff. I just dig up the whole clump of whatever & put it in my SFG to keep it safe til I get the bed worked up later on.

I do have one pretty flower left & I think she is ready to join my new crop of gardeners.
