I think I have raspberries or blackberries growing wild in my backyard. We have eaten some, and we have had no ill effects- but I realized today that they are basically growing on a tree- abotu 40 foot tall. So now I am worried. Can they get that big? Here is a picture

thank you so much. I assume that I can use them the same I would for blackberries or raspberries? I was thinking of canning some jam with them.

Many thanks again for the info

We used to have a mulberry tree. It was also the best climbing tree. Our clothes were continually stained with purple!

mulberries are the BEST, my cousin had a tree as a kid and I agree, we were constantly barney-fied.
