I have no idea what I would do without my garden. It is right out the back door and keeps me active and thinking. Getting my paws into the MM is wonderful.

Working in the soil is good for the heart and the soul. The article "Soil - The happy drug" says it is good for our health as well, and it is better than an anti-depressant.
