Wilty, discolored cucumber leaves

Well, here I am feeling all wilty and frizzled because the leaves of one of my cucumbers is all wilty and frizzled. I've been to several topics here and several other sites trying to diagnose the issue, but I'm not sure exactly what's going on.
Is this cucumber mosaic virus, or some kind of deficiency? Any advice is appreciated.
