Re: Sanderson - On the Road
We are off on our annual October Road Trip today, Thursday. I left strict instructions with TD.
Driving from Fresno, CA, to Needles, CA. Then Highway 10 East through AZ and NM. North to Santa Fe, then West on Highway 40.

Re: Sanderson - On the Road
I can't believe it's already Tuesday! I'll try to get on the Forum this evening.
Re: Sanderson - On the Road
This is the last night on the road. It's been great touring AZ and NM, but now that we have reached Laughlin, NV, I'm looking forward to getting home. Bye until later.
Re: Sanderson - On the Road
We still have another 10 days of great gardening weather, so you can come back and get busy.sanderson wrote:This is the last night on the road. It's been great touring AZ and NM, but now that we have reached Laughlin, NV, I'm looking forward to getting home. Bye until later.
Re: Sanderson - On the Road
I'm home!! 2,800 miles and 9 days.
The 2'x8' "kale" table top bed failed at one end so that the second thing we have to correct today. The first thing I did, before my coffee, was refill the hummingbird feeder. Priorities, you know.
More later. I'm so glad to be back, now. Had a good time those 9 days. Only lost $15 at roulette table after 2 1/2 hours playing.

Re: Sanderson - On the Road
I will be on the road (and in the air) Sunday afternoon returning late Thursday. We have to go to Missouri to visit an ailing relative or else we would not be flying in this weather. Flying back, we have to land in Denver. Only hope it isn't snowing and we don't have to sleep in the airport.

What a drag! I'm so glad our whole family is right here in the same town.sanderson wrote:I will be on the road (and in the air) Sunday afternoon returning late Thursday. Re: Sanderson - On the Road
Hi folks. first chance I have been able to use the computer. It took two days to fly here (stand-by for free) and someone turned off the heat. It was 21*F when we finally got to Columbia, MO. Just not used to real cold.
No rain so no ice on the roads and no snow. But, wow, with the wind factor it was cold.
We are all settled in for 2 days of visiting before heading home commercial flights on Thursday. I'll check in later. Bye for now.

Hurry home, Girlfriend. We miss you.
Re: Sanderson - On the Road
Hi, folks. I am headed to Sacramento to be with the kiddies for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Be safe, be good and be of good cheer.
Re: Sanderson - On the Road
Have a good time, Sanderson! We'll try, probably unsuccessfully, to behave ourselves...
