The Rustic Garden on YouTube
Has everyone checked out Gary Pilarchik's (sp?) videos on YouTube? He has over 100 very interesting gardening videos. I'm working my way through them and have learned so much!
He has a blog, also - therusticgarden@blogspot.com (I think that's it, he says it at the end of the videos. I build a grow light stand from his video from PVC pipe for less than $35.00 (mine turned out to be less expensive than his {he shows the prices in some of his videos} - took me 5 minutes to put it together!
Check him out!

Re: The Rustic Garden on YouTube
I really like his videos and am a subscriber to his youtube channel.
For some reason I can't get into his blog tho. I've tried a number of times but it just goes to the home page and I can't move to any of his other pages.
Does anyone else have that trouble?
I tried Gary's method of starting seeds under lights 24/7 this year and it worked great. No legginess and no damping off at all this time. It saves a couple of steps in between and I don't have to watch every single sprout for germination and then moving it from darkness to light, as was the usual method. Anything that saves steps, and is safe, is number One in my book.
