April in the PNW..... What have you eaten from your Garden?
I know we are probably behind most of the country but we are hungry and ready to graze.
So far I have made a salad of baby greens, radishes and pea vines.
Tonight I put bok choi into a stir fry. I’m looking at the lettuce and thinking it is ready for a 2nd salad. It isn’t much but it sure was good.
Deborah.... do all the herbs count as harvest?

Re: April in the PNW..... What have you eaten from your Garden?
Just lettuce, spinach, and radishes-the usual early fare. The potato orphans from last fall's harvest have popped up here and there; they're way ahead of what I have planted this spring. I put black plastic over the soil where I planted some spuds; I peeked today-the plants are 4-5 inches tall and white-kinda ugly looking but they'll green up OK
