I have my box!!!
Update from SoCal - the weather is close to 90 degrees and I'm thinking I want to plant my winter veggies here pretty soon.
I got my box yesterday in the mail - hope to find time to put it together this weekend. Just waiting for my soil. I have plenty of seeds, but my impulsive side made me buy some starts from the Arboretum. I just want my box to look perfect, like it shows on the website.
I can't wait until I can put it together and unveil it to all my friends and family. 2014-02-14

Winter or Summer Crops
Thank you for the reply and Happy Valentine's Day!
I know, I am kind of feeling stupid. I do not know what the weather is going to do (I know, no one really does, I always joked that I should have been a weather person - the only job where you can make mistake after mistake and not get fired).
I will have to ask for help from this form and the Master Gardener's for my area.

Re: I have my box!!!
not sure if you are in southern or northern CA, but there are threads that are directed to your area of growing and I would go there and see if there are posts on what everyone is planting and growing and if you don't find what you are looking for then start a new thread and Im sure those folks will be happy to help! Im in WA so I cant help much as we are having cool wet, wet, wet weather right now
here is a link to the Southern CA threads, but if that's not your area...go to the main page of the SFG forum and scroll down until you find your Region
