Step-by-step blog guide from King Arthur Flour showing how to make a ciabatta based garlic bread pizza. This recipe uses up about two pounds of cherry tomatoes. I like the tip about preparing the cherry tomatoes this way and saving them for other uses, even freezing them for later. Definitely going to try once I get some ripe ones!

BTW, they (the blackened cherry tomatoes) would also be yummy on pasta with cubed monzo, julienned basil and a balsamic vinaigrette. Maybe with baked whole garlic or sliced and fried with the tomatoes.
I still am using dehydrated cherry tomatoes from last year.

That looks yummy!!! You can add a couple of zuke flowers too. Zuke blossoms on pizza is popular in Italy. They have a nice flavor.
