Snipped 'em all off yesterday (only a dozen, should've put in more, 'cause my local farm didn't plant any this past fall).
Who know how to store them properly and what's the "shelf life", anyway?
Does anyone have any scape recipes?

Picked my garlic scapes--Now what? Empty Garlic scapes

Post  westie 6/17/2014, 3:15 am

Have been picking mine a few every couple days just at the curled stage.Have made a number of pesto’s but at the bottom of this page are links to dozens  of good ideas including powdering, go figure.
http://www.cultivatenourishing.com/garlic-scapes/  I started using the word blog in many google searches and get IMHO better quality hits like this one.
