Welcome to the forum!
Have you checked out our Southwest forum? Go to the Home page and scroll down to find it. The temperatures in that region of the U.S. sounds like yours there in Pakistan.
Briefly, shade cloth and mulching, and I think I've seen somewhere that misting plants will help too. You can use the white Search box on the top left of this page too, and look up specifics.
Best Wishes and again welcome to the forum, let us know how things are working out, ok?

Welcome. Several of us live in areas where the summers are in the 100 degrees. Provide shade cloth so the produce does not burn. Shading the plants from the afternoon sun is more important.
Mulching around the plants will help keep the roots cool and slow the loss of water from the soil. What products do you have available to use as mulch? Some people use chopped straw (without seeds) as mulch. Use 2 inches or more.
Are you using the Square Foot Gardening method where everything is grown in boxes set on the native soil and filled with rich compost?
We love photos of gardens so please post pictures. It helps to understand a situation.
Again, welcome.

It is not quite that hot in Houston but I basically forget about gardening in July in August. Luckily we can usually grow things the rest of the year. The nice part is that you never have to wait for your ground to thaw. Seeds like warmth so start seeds and young plants at the end of August and grow them until May.

I don't do much gardening here in South Carolina, either, except maybe to harvest okra and field black eyed peas. It just insufferably hot most years.
This year I'm thinking to try a small planting under shadecloth in one of my greenhouses (the plastic has been removed). We shall see.

from the Southern New England region of the USA.
I must admit, my first thought in answer to your question was "Move away!" (But that's just my weird sense of humor.) I live in an area that has 4 seasons, ranging usually from lows rarely hitting too much below freezing in the winter, to maximum 90-ish degrees (very rarely do we see 100 degrees F).
I can't even imagine what you experience there. I have no advice for you (others here have already given you some), but you do have my sympathy.

No need for sympathy. While you are huddled inside, watching the howling wind blow the snow across your driveway, I'm outside working in a T-shirt, probably picking broccoli. And when you are so sick of winter that you can hardly stand it, I'm outside enjoying the flush of spring flowers.
We do get enough winter to enjoy it a bit. A day here, maybe two there, every once in awhile in December, January, and February. We even get an inch or two of overnight snow, about every other year. School gets out; the kids make snowmen; and it's all gone by noon. Can't get any better than that.
