My new avatar
I haven't been on for a while, been busy with other concerns, but just got on and saw the avatar topic for February. So I have changed mine to a pic of me and my great-grandson Riley. He is only 10 months old, but we will have to have him helping in the garden this season. I have had his grandpa (my son-in-law) build me a strawberry pyramid, and plants are ordered for it. I am sure Riley will enjoy those. And while they won't be SFG, I also ordered some thornless blackberry plants. I also have cabbage and broccoli in my seed starting flats, and will be adding more variety this weekend.
It has been nice to see everyone. Not everyone fits the mental pictures I had formed, so now I have to make mental adjustments. I'm looking forward to expanding my garden quite a bit this year. It's funny how the animals raided my veggies (especially tomatoes) on the days that my son-in-law stopped by last year. LOL.

Welcome back, memart1. Nice pic of you and your great grandson.
Good to read you are bringing him up in the right way.
Gotta get them young.
