Should I re-seed peas and beans that didn't come up?
Although something like 35 of my 36 edamame plants came up, the germination rate on the Green Arrow Peas and Blue Lake Pole beans wasn't nearly as good and in some squares I only had 4, 5, or 6 come up out of 9 planted. Is there a problem with re-seeding the ones that didn't come up since the plants in the same squares have a 3-week head start? Thanks!

If these are English or Garden peas, my guess is that it may now be too hot in your area to grow them... maybe in the Autumn?

Yeah, it's definitely getting warm. I also planted some Tall Telephone peas that all came up, but seem to be struggling some. The edamame and the beans that did come up seem to be pretty happy - they're really shooting up.

I think it is getting too late for peas for you, but beans should be ok started now.. You might even try something like a Yard long bean, they like the heat a lot. Peas, beans share trellis pretty well.
