Placed my soaker hose today
Nice timer that can be set for time, day, and duration.. picked up at Home Depot for 40 bucks

Does anyone have experience with these soaker hoses? This was running for about 15 minutes or so on low pressure. Will it soak the whole bed as I still see dry spots?

Re: Placed my soaker hose today
you may need to adjust your timer to run long enough to make sure you wet the entire bed to a certain depth...if you find doing this makes some areas too wet, then you may need to reconfigure/ add more length to the soaker hose.
also, the edges of the bed are more exposed to sun/heat and may dry out quicker...so you may want to try running a portion of hose around edge depening on the plants in those boxes.
this is just off the top of my head and I have not installed this type of system yet.
