Horseradish and potatoes?
I am looking for any pointers you have on planting these together in a square foot garden?

I STRONGLY Recommend that the horseradish go into an area of your yard that may not be disturbed for years. IT is a perennial and requires little attention. It grows quite large. When you dig your hole to plant the rootstock, just throw in a shovelful of compost and, there ya go!

That was a great read, thanks for sharing. I think I an going to build an 18 inch box strictly for horseradish and attach it next to the potatoes, and keep it so I can move it when I rotate next year. 18" square and a few feet tall!
