Friend or Foe?
Did you guys see this feature? It is located in each persons profile page. I'm assuming its like other forums and facebook with "like" and the much wanted "dislike" button?
I wonder if these "friend/foe" buttons would help us keep thread responses in the spirit of the forum? Helpful, insightful, and most of all supportive, because we were all newbies at one time.
Whatcha think?

Re: Friend or Foe?
I saw it, but I'm not sure what it is. I've started asking others to be friends, but I don't know what it means yet.

Re: Friend or Foe?
I hope it doesn't become necessary to use that function... On some other message boards, I've had to use the "foe" designation... and the board would automatically not show me any posts from that person. It's helpful if you're on a board that's prone to flame wars. I hope that won't be the case here. I don't know if there's any advantage to adding the 'friend' designation.

Re: Friend or Foe?
I was looking at the foe thing thinking it was something like that. Fortunately the moderators are good here about avoiding flame wars, so I don't think we'll need it.
