sorry my keyboard is p{laying up> it looks like a chamaecyparis pisifera called boulevard and looks fine from that photo its an evergreen conifer and you@ll have to get a better reply from someone with a decent kyboard sorry

Right David, have sorted my keyboard out. As I didn't get chance to say so yesterday Welcome to the forum.
Your excellent photography made it easier to take a guess that it is a Chamaecyparis "Boulevard" conifer from the shape and the blue and silver-gray foliage. New growth is pale greeny/yellowy to start with. The inner brown parts are due to where it hasn't had sunlight so when you come to clip the new growth back just give it a light trim and avoid cutting back to brown ok?
