Re: Frost! !!
We got a light frost here last night. My tomatoes and peppers were setting outside (I've not gotten where I can plant yet) and on a last minute thought, I put them in the garage. When I looked outside this morning, I was sure glad I did. I think this next week, it's looking better though .

Re: Frost! !!
We have a frost warning tonight too. Should I cover everything? Or just my tomatoes? I have bush beans, pole beans, green peppers, jalepino peppers, squash, okra, cukes, onions and cabbage planted along with my maters.
I about freaked this morning when I let the cat out! It was so cold. I went and talked to the plants for alittle while. Tried to warm them up

Re: Frost! !!
Cover everything, specifically your warm weather crops. You can cover with a sheet or cut off soda bottles, just do not forget to uncover your garden after the danger has passed. Good Luck.

Re: Frost! !!
Cover it all. You don't want to risk any work you've done due to laziness. That would just be a shame.
Here's a link to the map in case some others are wondering if they are included in frost potential...
