Can this be my 5th compost?
I just found this post on Craigslist, can I use it as my 5th compost?

100% Organic, screened;
Contains at least 90 TO 99% by volume depending on the year of the worm castings,
of decomposed shredded paper, (food for the worm's),
2014 ,2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. Harvested; 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020.
Screened down to 1/4"- long way of X. 1/8"- short way, expanded metal diamond mesh.
Take as a cash $ tax donation.
1 gallon or 5 gallon.

By the description that is not compost, it is worm castings. Worm castings can be used as part of the mixture as long as it is not more than 10% of the total.
Never plant without a bucket of compost at your side.

Worm castings are honorary compost as they provide nutrients. Try to limit them to 5-10% of the compost as they are high in phosphorus which moves through soil slowly (compare to nitrogen that moves through fast) and can build up.
