Lighting is of the utmost importance in seed starting...area above plants should be flooded with light 16 hours a day.
Lights should be adjustable in order to keep lighting at tips of growth, not inches away..as seedlings grow, adjust lighting.
Another very important fact is, seeds have built in fertilizer to bring them to the first true leaves.Best to bottom
water keeping upper area relatively dry...
