Our Raised Garden Beds
Well finally today 4/19/18 it feels like spring 60 degrees and good day to turn the RGDs over since they have not been touch since last falls harvesting.

Melvin, do you till the soil in your raised beds? I do no-till organic gardening, and never disturb the soil more than adding new compost to the top. I also do not pull out plants that are finished, but rather cut them off at ground level and let the roots decompose in the soil - the decomposing roots both enrich the soil (food for earthworms), and loosen the sub-soil.
