I sunburns a few seedlings  I was going to plant today and tomorrow.  I had them out before over the past few weeks and thought they were ready. Sad

Depends on how badly burned they are. Mine come bàck if I take care of them and don't forget about them. Do you have any photos?

Well, a couple of the tomatoes are NOT coming back.  Some of the tomatoes' leaves discolored and took on this wilted look.  A couple of the peppers that got it just look really "silvery"  on the tops instead of the dark green.  I'll try to get pics later today.

That silvery look is the sunburn.

Yes, they can come back, but you'll have to baby them for a while. 

I lost some doing the same thing this year...  But most survived.

You may have to ask yourself if you want to keep plants that may have delayed or stunted growth due to damage. Small ones or ones with short growing seasons ... it may make more sense to throw them away and start fresh. Especially if the replacements are cheap and handy.
