iPhone head strap

Does any know a product or a way to attached a iPhone to your head or cap. not helmet? This way I can talk and use my hands freely and video the items I'm looking at with my eyes.

It doesn't make sense to me to buy another camera when I walk around with one all day long that's built inside my iPhone . And It not for professional level viewing anyway. it's 2015, i'm sure there something out there, but I can't find the correct key word to place in the search engine to find what I want.

I thinking about just using velcro, but I wanted to see if the community might have something that better than what I'm thinking about doing.

What about one of those thingies that runners use to put around their upper arm to put their ipods in.

Duct tape? Seriously, I looked for a photo of someone's creation but didn't find one.

since my iPhone don't have a built in tripod slot, these 2 ideas are promising.

How to Mount your Smartphone Almost Anywhere

and basic use of stuff around the house . maybe I use the velcro anyway. but this is a simple quick fix idea.
