It's unfortunate that the industry hasn't quite standardized the sizing charts. See pictures here.
I have two boxes where I mixed 50/50 extra coarse/meduim. It's a good mix; tomatoes like it. The one disadvantage is when trying to plant small seeds. They tend to get scattered and buried too deeply because the extra coarse is so big.
I still have two bags of medium that I'll almost give away...come get 'em!
