We love our pets, but . . .
Whats wrong with this picture?
I planted 12 Silver Queen and they have been growing nicely. My cat likes to chew on grass and I saw her chewing on one of the lower leaves. No problem. But tonight I heard her chomping and then a crash! She chewed the stocks and toppled 2 of them. Now there's only ten. I put up used bird netting but will have to wrap it better after I get back from the National Heirloom Exposition.

Time to grow some catnip!
On the plus side, it's supposed to scare away some pests.

Nah, she's here to stay, the best cat I've ever had the pleasure to wait on. Until the corn, she has been flawless in the SFG. And she has her own stand of catnip and cat grass. It was that delightful noisy crunch, crunch, so juicy.
