More Carrots
Took advantage of the 50 degree temps today and decided to pick the last of my fall carrots...not bad for Kansas this time of year...now to get them on the menu and make some room in the fridge.

Re: More Carrots
Booyah, landarch!
They are beautiful and I know they are sweet this time of year. I totally understand your excitement. I'll be pulling some of mine tomorrow when the weather gets to the mid 40's and all the snow has melted.

Re: More Carrots
My Mels Mix was frozen solid just a few days ago...had to get out today. They had taken several hard freezes farily well...all were crisp and smelled awesome.
