Dr. Oz's Anytime Soup
Here's the recipe as I got it online. Can't find it anymore so that's why the link is not included. Sorry for the stains but they are well used.
I don't always follow the recipe exactly, depending on what I have around at the time, and I usually cut the recipe in half which makes enough to feed me supper all week:

Below are 6 simple variations. There are supposed to be 7 but I guess I didn't like one so didn't print it. Must have been red meat based, meatballs maybe?

Could have been. That is basically my veggie beef soup. I just add diced left over roast beef and the au jus.
