The first 2 look like some kind of spurge or euphorbia to me. They bleed milky white when cut. But there are so many different kinds that it's hard to say.
The 3rd one is lovely but I have no idea what it is.

The first one looks like purslane to me, the other, I have no idea. Let us know what your Cooperative Extension Service agent says.
