Late December in Frisco, TX
A couple of pics of the hoop house projects...
This one is done. Working on a 4x4 another 2x12 bed between Christmas and New Years
This 2x12 is planted full already... 4sq peas, 5sq carrots, 3sq radishes, 1sq endive/raddichio, 1sq romaine, 3sq buttercrunch, 1sq mizzuna, 1sq arugula, 2 sq mache, 1sq spinach, 1sq pak choi
4x4 is going to be 8sq spinach, 4sq carrots, 2sq pak choi, 2sq mizuna
the other 2x12 will be all onions and leeks... my sets from Dixon should be here in early/mid Jan
