Ho folks, newbie here and hoping to learn what Squarefoot gardening is all about as I don't have a clue right now.

If at all possible, I would suggest you try to get a copy of the All New Square Foot Gardening book. It is a TREMENDOUS resource. My beloved copy (signed by Mel) has just started losing pages because I use it so much.

So, jump right in and enjoy the Forum.

The book, All New Square Foot Gardening, is the solid core of information I draw from and refer to. The forum is an educational extension of that, and a fun place too. Enjoy!

Gidday to you, too! Yes, get the book. Also, cruise through the forum and read the more generalized topics like "How Strong is Your Backbone." A little reading will go a long way in introducing you to the concept. And, of course, the forum will compliment anything you need a bit more detail about. This is a great group of people!
