Hi from Georgetown Ontario Canada
Hi to everyone
I'm new to SFG and in fact just mixed my first batch of Mel's Mix on the driveway last night. Certainly a different looking 'soil' mix from what I am used to.
Hope all goes well.

harmerd! Always happy to see another Canadian.
I think you will be very happy with your new SFG. Do you have the All New Square Foot Gardening Book?
May I suggest that you hop on over to the Canada forum? We're starting to get a fair amount of Canadians lately and the Canada forum is starting to pick up.
Sorry... had to throw a few more of those in there.

Glad to have new members join this great group of people. Yes, the Mel's Mix is quite different from any "soil" mix. It is amazing how well veggies grow in MM. It is really light and fluffy and so full of nutrients.
Please keep us posted on your progress and share pictures if you will.
Again, Welcome!
