sweet potatoes peeled, rough chopped, then cooked on the stove top with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg & clove, coconut, and a splash of rum (plus some pecans if I'm feeling extra adventurous). Pair this with some Jamaicain jerk pork and you're good to go!!

sweet potatoe fries with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and olive oil. Cooked in the oven or grilled outside - yuuuuuuuuuuumy!!
