Re: Eating sweet potatoes
sweet potatoes peeled, rough chopped, then cooked on the stove top with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg & clove, coconut, and a splash of rum (plus some pecans if I'm feeling extra adventurous). Pair this with some Jamaicain jerk pork and you're good to go!!
sweet potatoe fries with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and olive oil. Cooked in the oven or grilled outside - yuuuuuuuuuuumy!!

Sweet potatoes, red onion, shallots, red peppers, and zucchini toss with olive oil, salt, and Moroccan spices and roast. The cinnamon, turmeric, and cumin bring out gorgeous flavor in the veggies. You can pretty much make it any blend of veggies to roast.
This sounds like my kind of dish. Would you mind being more specific on the recipe? I do not even know what are Moroccan spices. What temperature and how lond do you roast?
