Growing Amaranth
I went a little crazy at the seed store yesterday, and picked up some heirloom Amaranth. It is described as "A heat-loving summer green that is even more nutritious than spinach or beet greens! Showy enough for flower beds with its coleus like appearance." You apparently it eat raw, saute it, or eat the seeds. I'm excited!
Does anyone have any experience growing this? I'm not exactly sure what to expect...
