I have been going nuts since the New Year hit. I really want to plant SOMETHING! Laughing

I just had an epiphany while reading a post on the SFG Facebook page. I can plant my herb seeds now! Herbs do well indoors. I can keep them inside growing happily in my kitchen until it's nice enough outside for them to be transplanted to the SFG.

Thank you Wendi on FB... whoever you are! Genius!

I put few sweet potatoes in Mason jars of water. I know this act is premature, but I had to do something!

Eliot Coleman has instructions in either Four Season Harvest or Winter Harvest Handbook for growing endive in buckets of sand. Google brought up this result... it seems it's in the four season book Smile
