Bok Choy Hors d'oeuvres
Harvested a couple large Bok Choy plants from the greenhouse this afternoon to make some Zuppa Toscana Soup for dinner, and made some delicious Bok Choy Hors d'oeuvres for appetizers. Using the base of the leaf stalk, adding cream cheese or peanut butter, and they are ready to serve. Make an absolutely delicious appetizer, much better than celery, and without any of the strings. ![hungry](/users/2912/12/27/03/smiles/211713.gif)
