I wish the weather was nicer here. We are cold today, lots of rain and super windy Saturday…honestly, some still don’t have power here as we had 8 power poles go down on our east side.

From here on, it's all down hill. They will get aphids, white flies, maybe spider mites. After the first perfect fruits, there will be all kinds of shapes due to the heat and incomplete pollination.

It really helps us beginners to know stuff like this, sanderson! I'm a perfectionist so obviously I need to adjust my expectations of my future harvests, given that I'm so used to the stuff from supermarkets. (Not that I wouldn't eat an imperfect , just I'd be disappointed)
