UPDATE: The good news is that it passed Mrs TDs taste test. I probably should have tried to get more liquid out of the tomatoes as well because the cooked pie still has some liquid. Overall this tastes awesome. The pie tastes "rich" so I cannot eat too much at one sitting. The recipe will find a place in my recipe binder.

Re: Tomato Pie
That looks delicious TD! We have the pie crust baking now, and the Tomato Pie will be this afternoon in time for dinner. My wife makes a delicious pie crust with Coconut Oil, and it will go great with this recipe.

Re: Tomato Pie
The recipe calls for 1 cup of mayonnaise. Has anyone used less, or used a substitute?
