Overall this tastes awesome. The pie tastes "rich" so I cannot eat too much at one sitting. The recipe will find a place in my recipe binder.

Re: Tomato Pie
That looks delicious TD! We have the pie crust baking now, and the Tomato Pie will be this afternoon in time for dinner. My wife makes a delicious pie crust with Coconut Oil, and it will go great with this recipe.

Re: Tomato Pie
The recipe calls for 1 cup of mayonnaise. Has anyone used less, or used a substitute?
