Yes to Allotments
Hi JohnKellyJohnKelly wrote:A question for UK members, do you still have garden allotments?
Cheers.
Allotments are very much alive and well - and very much in demand!
We used to have one and I loved it, but health issues have meant that I can’t look after something of that size anymore - but waist-high beds and using the square foot system suit me well
Nowadays it’s also possible to rent a half allotment - and in some it’s even possible to rent a quarter, but that’s more unusual. But the standard allotment still seems to be the most common
