Hi Everyone..haven't forgotten about you by any means..Addition is underway and I am hoping to get my compost piles up before winter sets in. Thats the one most important factor for me. My compost bins...here is where I hope to be living soon..Obstacles along the way I suppose are expected...Round spots are posts for deck supports

Right now I have boxes everywhere, some where I'll be, some in storage, some still at home...talk about discomboobulation...I got it.
Its all coming to pass though and I can't wait to get back to my compost...never mind the garden LOL

Nice! Can't wait to see the compost in action! I need help, mine was used in my new 3x7 and grew lots of wonderful grass.....it is competing successfully against my tomatoes....grrr! Need to heat my old fashioned pile up!!!!

That looks like some big project you've got going there, Jimmy. I did quite a lot of renovating when I retired, and I know all about that feeling of "discomboobulation"! But when you're sitting there, relaxing on your new deck, it will all have been worth it.

The project is really my sons, he is in full control, I'm only allowed to live in it because I am part of immediate family. When I am gone the kitchen must come out. A contractor is doing the work, it will look like a new house when done. roof with sheeting is being replaced as is alll siding.
My garden / compost area has yet to be decided. I'm not pushing until I can actually start building... I will keep this thread as it all progresses....

It will be a while, I will keep this post going as I progress. Probably nothing concrete until next year..
