Hello all, not sure about you but yesterday the temperature here were in the 70. Made me think it was Spring already. Things that I like to do this month is starting seeds that can got out before last frost and getting my boxes ready cause very soon the it will be time to get to the starts planted outside weather permitting. Since I live in an apartment, for right now, I'm trying to convince hubby to me have pot or two or three on the patio. He say you got two areogardens isn't that enough gardening stuff. Um nope not really love. Anyways what are you all up to and has anyone starting plant things out in the garden yet?

I've got all my seeds planted for transplants. I usually use the seed packet for how much time for germination. Well, I guess I should keep a journal to tell how long it takes for seeds to sprout!
I 've been using a heat mat and got seeds planted on 2/4/16. I planted the old seeds first, so I could still buy some new. This AM I have lots coming up already! Collards, broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower. They don't care how old they are!
Peas will get planted on the 10th. I am planting them by the moon phase this yr.
I planted the peppers and toms. yesterday. (They are not up yet!)
The news folks are saying we will have some snow tonight! And it has been in the low 40's for a couple days, so it is expected to stick, at least for a couple hours!
This year we have not had much winter here. A few nights with upper 20's and lower 30's, but most days following cold night in the upper 60's, 70's, even a few day's in the 80's.
I wish i'd planted more for winter growth. I have collards, lettuce, and spinach growing in the beds.
I needed to plant some water loving plants. We've had over 25 inches of rain this winter.
I hope I can get my transplants ready for an early spring.(I hope)
